Step by Step Online Hair Straightening System 2 for Treated or Fine Hair:

  1. Consult: If the customer suffers from any allergies, If our client had done any straightening before and if our customer had before dyed hair with henna.
  2. Always fo a patch test.
  3. Shampoo: wash using  Maares Sleek Shampoo.

Apply Marares Sleek Spray Treatment as a porosity equalizer all over the hair before drying and detangle gently.

4. Blow dry hair and add the finishing touches to the style with the flat iron.

5. Divide Hair into 4 sections.

6. Apply:

-Straightening cream to one strand at the time, making sure it does not come to contact with the roots,

– Make sure the strands are too large, so the products can be applied evenly to all the hair,

– Comb through gently, making sure the right amount of product remains on the hair.

7. Development Time – leave straightening cream for 15 – 20 minutes (Check progress frequently as development times can vary according to the structure of the hair).

8. To check the treatment has been effective, take a thin strand of hair, remove the cream and knot it in the centre. If the knot holds, development time is over, If it opens, wait a couple of minutes and repeat the test.

9. Rinse hair though and towel dry without wringing.

10. Drying:

-the hair is very sensitive at this stage

– Apply Maraes Sleek treatment Spray and comb through gently. Dry hair from roots to the ends, leaving it slightly damp.

11. Heat Treatment:

– To give the hair a naturally smooth look, take narrow strands in a zigzag fashion and, starting from the nape, straighten using a Kaaral flat iron,

– After flat ironing three strands, gather them up together and repeat the process.

12. Apply the neutralizer to each strand (make sure the hair is perfectly straight).

13. Development time for neutralizing cream is 10 – 15 minutes (Check progress frequently as development times can vary according to the structure of the hair).

14. Drying: Apply Online Beauty Cream, a post hair, straightening cream with acid pH, that revitalizes, moisturizes, protects and softens, eliminating the smell of the straightening treatment. Apply the product evenly over the hair using a comb and blow dry. Put the finishing touches on the style with a flat iron.

 

For the next few days:

  • Avoid tying hair back, using elastic bands and clips in general,
  • Avoid washing hair for at least 48 hours after the treatment,
  • Avoid and colour or chemical treatments for 7 days after straightening.

 

Advice when straightening hair:

  • Do not use hair clips or sectioning clips when drying hair.
  • Do not mix the cream in the metal bowl.
  • Wait at least two weeks, before applying a permanent hair dey to straightened hair.
  • Takes great care when applying the cream as the hair is particularly fragile at this stage.

 

Important Advice:

Avoid contact with eyes. If the products come into contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water and consult with a specialist.

Always handle the product using protective gloves. It contains thioglycolic acid salt and hydrogen peroxide. Follow the instructions for use. Use the products in a well-ventilated area. Keep out of a reach of children.
