DPD Update<\/h1>\n

Many areas in the Republic of Ireland are experiencing service delays due to the significant increase in parcel volume – generally, these delays do not extend beyond an additional 24 hours. However, in five particular regions, delivery lead time has been extended further:<\/p>\n

\u2022 Dublin<\/strong>: 48-72 hours
\n\u2022 Limerick<\/strong>: 48-72 hours
\n\u2022 Galway<\/strong>: 24-48 hours
\n\u2022 Cork<\/strong>: 24-48 hours
\n\u2022 Louth & Meath<\/strong>: 24-48 hours<\/p>\n

Delivery Information<\/h1>\n

Applies to orders placed online totalling \u20ac100 or more for delivery to addresses in Ireland. Orders over this amount that includes big equipment will be subject to a surcharge (to be confirmed when ordered) due to the increased cost to deliver large and\/or bulky items.<\/p>\n

Small orders under 2 kg, (for example, leflets or catalogs) can be delivered by post, for flat rates of \u20ac6.<\/p>\n

Next day delivery -Unavailable<\/h2>\n

Please note: currently we cannot guarantee Next Day Delivery<\/span><\/h4>\n

Orders placed online before 12:00pm for delivery to addresses in Ireland will be eligible for next day delivery, this applies to orders placed Monday to Thursday on working days only. Orders placed before 2:00pm on Friday will normally be delivered on the Monday. This service is subject to stock availability and any security checks. It does not apply to orders including furniture, equipment or special order items. Where the next working day is a bank holiday, goods will be out for delivery on the following working day.<\/p>\n

Please note: This service does not apply during promotional periods, following a bank holiday weekend or during the Christmas & New Year period. During these times we will endeavour to get your order to you on the next working day but this may not be possible due to the large number of orders we receive. Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery during a VAT free sale.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Please note: Delivery cost for larger orders will be quoted based on the delivery postcode and weight\/size of the parcel. You’ll be contacted shortly after your order has been placed if additional payment is needed. Please contact us if you require a delivery estimate before you place your order.<\/p>\n

Delivery times<\/h2>\n

We aim to dispatch orders within 1-2 working days (over 95% of orders are dispatched within this\u00a0time frame) however stock availability can affect this. Furniture and equipment orders are normally delivered within 2 – 4 weeks however some items may take up to 6 weeks. You\u2019ll be advised of the estimated delivery date shortly after your order is placed. We use a courier delivery service for all orders dispatched by us\u00a0(some orders are sent direct from manufacturers or suppliers)\u00a0to addresses in Ireland.<\/p>\n

Please note: Goods cannot be delivered during weekends or public holidays and these do not count as working days.<\/p>\n

Ireland<\/strong> – 1 Day<\/p>\n

Delivery times above are from date of dispatch (transit time only). All delivery dates are quoted in good faith and we cannot accept liability for any expenses or other costs incurred due to failed or late deliveries.<\/p>\n

Delivery address<\/h2>\n

You have the option to give a different delivery address to the billing address. This means that you can have the goods sent to your workplace for example or to a friend as a gift. Please try to give an address where there will be someone present to sign for your order between 7:30am and 5:30pm Monday to Friday. You also have the option to give instructions for the goods to be left in a safe place; however goods are left at your own risk.<\/p>\n

Online orders are delivered by courier companies on our behalf. For further information regarding potential service disruptions in your area (Ireland only), please visit DPD <\/a>for details. Updates are subject to change.<\/p>\n

Out of stock<\/h2>\n

Items displayed as ‘Out of Stock’ are temporarily out of stock at our distribution centre. These products cannot be bought until they are back in stock, please choose another product but be rest assured we are working behind the scenes to get these items back in as soon as possible.
